The parents of the 21-year-old man who drowned in a swimming pool during a party at Demi Moore‘s home in 2015 are suing the hosts of the party.
Alleging that the man’s death may not have been accidental.
The parents filed the wrongful-death suit against the two people who hosted the party
Claiming that their son “announced” to the partygoers that he could not swim.
Therefor the suit claims, he would not have entered the pool voluntarily.
The family is seeking damages of more than $25,000.
