A Sarasota Open match was interrupted multiple times on Tuesday night due to a couple in a nearby house having very loud sex.
At first, announcer Mike Cation assumed the racket was coming from a spectator’s cell phone. He commented, “And it was an adult video.”But a few moments later, around the 1:50 mark in the above video, the noises got even louder.
That’s when the announcer, and everyone else on hand, realized what was really happening.He said, “Nope, that is not a phone. That’s an apartment across the lake.”
The announcer clarified himself after the match on Twitter, saying “Much love to the couple with the windows open across the way! Sounds like you guys had a good time!”
Frances Tiafoe won the match against Mitchell Krueger, 6-3, 6-2.
