Judge Drops DJ's Case Against Taylor Swift In The Groping Trial

The judge threw out the case of radio DJ David Mueller today in Denver.

William Martinez, the U.S district judge ruled that the pop star couldn't be held liable because David Mueller failed to prove that she had set out to get him fired back in 2013.

Mueller denied the groping claims and set out to sue both Taylor and her mother for $3 million US in compensation for his ruined career.

In her countersuit Swift only wanted a symbolic $1 and a message to be put out there for women's rights.
