Swift on the heels of its Naked Chicken Chalupa—in which friend chicken served as a shell—Taco Bell is now offering the Naked Egg Taco, with a shell comprised “entirely of a fried egg.”
According to a press release touting the chain’s “shell innovation,” the new menu offering, which features potatoes, cheese and your choice of bacon or sausage on the inside, “flips the breakfast classic inside out.”
But as Mashable wonders, “Is a taco shell made out of an egg a taco anymore?”
