Something you can do for self care according to your zodiac sign

ARIES (March 21 – April 19)

For self-care indulge in some pampering. Get a mani or a pedi, a haircut, a facial, or even a massage. Anything that makes them slow down at least for a moment.

Not only will you look fabulous, you’ll be calm, more centered, and ready to hit the ground running again. 

TAURUS (April 20 – May 20)

When practicing self-care, it usually involves chocolate; if that’s not your thing, any other kind of sweet treat will do. It doesn’t take a lot once they decide to take a moment to relax.

A scented candle and soft music also helps you chill.

GEMINI (May 21 – June 20)

When practicing self-care, they need to get physical. A dance class can get them out of their heads and focus on the rhythm of the music.

After working up a good sweat, take a bath or shower and that will reset you.

CANCER (June 21 – July 22)

When practicing self-care, it may be as simple as going outside and taking pictures, or just laying down and listening to music.

Nature and music are two of Cancer’s favorite things and have surprising healing qualities.

LEO (July 23 – August 22)

One of the ways to practices self-care is by talking to yourself. Leos can make themselves laugh, discuss problems they’re trying to solve, and compliment themselves. Be kind and compassionate with yourself, that will help your self-esteem and confidence.

Definitely stay away from any negative self-talk.

VIRGO (August 23 – September 22)

Getting rid of clutter not only clears you house, but clears their mind. There’s something about getting rid of things you don’t need, that makes you feel better and also things that aren’t good for you.

Its simple but it makes a difference.

LIBRA (September 23 – October 22)

Make an effort to drink a ton of water. Carry a water bottle with you at all times, and make it a point to rink water day and night, especially in hot weather.

When Libras don’t drink enough water, they start to feel sluggish.

SCORPIO (October 23 – November 21)

For self-care, have a deep conversation with someone you trust. It’s hard for you to open up, but it’s important for your mental and physical health to do so.

Any kind of therapy talk is good for you.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 – December 21)

For self care, you need to explore. Learn new things, try something different. Traveling is the best for your mental and physical state.

A new location means a new mindset for Sagittarius. 

CAPRICORN (December 22 – January 19)

Self-care means positive affirmations. You can read any positive quotes or make some up. You do have to repeat those positive affirmations 10 times a day, for them to really sit with you.

This will help you stay on track and focused.

AQUARIUS (January 20 – February 18)

For Aquarius, self-care involves a group. A meeting, a group exercise class, or going out with friends is healing for you.

It’s good for you to be around people but also group chat with your family or friends.

PISCES (February 19 – March 20)

For self-care, its all about the hands and feet. You should consider getting a foot massages or manicure with a massage. You can also soak them in sea salt and essential oils.

For Pisces, they won’t feel their best if their feet and hands aren’t feeling or looking their best.
