Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin were spotted making out in a Brooklyn park.
They were overlooking the East River on Saturday and started kissing up against a railing.
Later Bieber and Baldwin were then spotted later in lower Manhattan kissing in Rockefeller Park.
