The 28-year-old Oscar winner and 34-year-old art gallery director were seen celebrating with family and friends at upscale French restaurant Raoul's in New York City.
An eyewitness tells Page Six that Lawrence was wearing a "massive ring."
She and Maroney have been dating since last spring and were reportedly introduced by her friend Laura Simpson.
