Judge Judy Is Shopping Her Old Reruns For $200 Million

Judy Judy is allegedly hoping to get $200 million to sell the catalog of old episodes of her popular show.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, creator and host Judith Sheindlin’s library of reruns is being shopped by former Bear Stearns banker Lisbeth R. Barron who has recently approached a mix of studios, station groups, distributors and wealthy individuals.

What would say like?

That stations currently airing the show, as well as competitors, will be desperate for reruns after new episodes conclude in 2020.

CBS previously handed over the Judge Judy rights to Sheindlin to please the star and because, according to an insider, "The company didn't necessarily think the library was that valuable.”
