Beginning in April, Netflix users will no longer be able to rate titles with one to five stars and will only have the choice between a thumbs up or a thumbs down.
A Netflix spokesperson said during a test of the new system, users gave 200% more ratings, meaning more feedback from viewers.
Titles will also have a match score for customers based on their viewing habits and patterns to personalize the experience.
