You Can Now Visit The Titanic Wreck On Your Next Vacation

Blue Marble Private will soon take tourists more than 13,000 feet down to the floor of the Atlantic in a submarine.

The whole travel package lasts eight days and will cost more than $106,000 per person. The trips will have nine passengers each time, and will run starting in May of next year.

The trip starts on the coast of Newfoundland in Canada. A helicopter or seaplane will then take passengers to a support yacht where they will spend the first two days being taught about the ship's workings by guest explorers, scientists and the crew.

They can then take part in orientation sessions and help the crew to plan a dive, operate the sonar and use the undersea navigation system. On day three of the trip, passengers will board a submersible device and travel to the wreckage of the sunken ship.

The Titanic sank after hitting an iceberg on April 15th, 1912 during its first voyage from Southampton to New York. More than 1,500 of the 2,224 passengers and crew died.
