A Houston man was duct-taped to a car and driven down a highway for losing a bet. A video posted on Instagram shows the man getting taped and then shouting to his friends as they go down the highway.
At one point the man yells for the driver to slow down as the camera moves towards the speedometer, showing they are moving at 50 miles per hour.
Cops said the man who was driving could be charged with reckless driving and face up to 30 days in jail.
Last week, the man who filmed the video was duct-taped to a Yield sign at a Houston intersection after losing a bet on a basketball game. Nobody was arrested in that incident.
