Ja Rule's Fyre Festival Slapped With 3rd Class-Action Lawsuit

Ja Rule's achieved an unenviable trifecta of legal problems this week, as Pitchfork reports that his doomed Fyre Festival has now been hit with its third class-action lawsuit since devolving into chaos one week ago.

Filed in a New York federal court by two Fyre Festival attendees who ponied up about $4,000 combined for the event, the new lawsuit wants damages for "negligence, fraud and violations of consumer protection statutes."

Their suit does not name a dollar amount, while celeb lawyer Mark Geragos, who filed the first class-action lawsuit against Fyre Fest in L.A., wants a cool $100 million for his clients.
