Jodie Sweetin‘s ex-fiancé Justin Hodak has officially been sentenced to six years in prison.
After being found guilty for possession of a deadly weapon and of falsifying evidence by threatening a witness, Hodak was given six years in a California state prison, and an additional five-year probation.
Hodak is mandated to give his gun to the Los Angeles police department and go through a 52-week domestic violence treatment program within the first 30 days of his release.
He will also be banned from owning any “dangerous or deadly weapons.”
This isn’t his first run in with the law, Hodak has been arrested three times since the 'Fuller House' actress ended their engagement in March.
