So there's fried eggs, scrambled eggs, poached eggs and deviled eggs and now, there's cloud eggs!
These fluffy eggs are made by separating the egg yolk from the white and whipping the latter to create a thick, fluffy consistency.
The white is then popped into the oven on a baking sheet for five minutes, before being taken out and the yolk put back on top of it.
It’s then put all back in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
The end result: An image of a "sun" poking through the clouds! A beautiful way to start the day.
