A 17 year-old New Jersey girl, who has plans to become a funeral director, turned up at her high school’s junior prom in the back of a hearse.
She laid flat on her back in a navy gown in a prop coffin, which slid out of the back of the vehicle.
Some people claimed she was acting 'classless, distasteful' and 'mocking the dead'.
Her mom explained that the teen meant 'no disrespect' and that she hopes to become a funeral director.
