A 20 year-old girl from Maine was working a day shift at her local Old Navy store on the night of her younger boyfriend's prom.
She realized she wouldn't have time to change before the dance started, so instead of switching into her fancy dress in the car, she worked her shift in the long burgundy gown, adding sparkly jewelry and wearing her hair in an elegant updo.
She wrote on Twitter, “When prom is at 8 but you have to work until 7:30."She was set to attend prom with her boyfriend, who showed up at the end of her shift to escort her.
