The woman in Austin, Texas who made headlines this week after her date to the movies sued her over $17.31 has paid the man back and asked that he withdraw the suit.
The 37-year-old man sued the 35-year-old woman because she was texting during “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.”
The pair met each other on an online dating app called Bumble and the man said it was the first date from Hell.
The woman paid the man back and apologized then asked him to withdraw the lawsuit, which he did.
