This year marks the 79th anniversary of National Donut Day, and here's where to get your donut fix today, June 2:

America's favorite breakfast chain is serving up free donuts when you buy any drink on Friday, June 2. They're also bringin' out a new flavor for the occasion: vanilla cake batter.
Cumberland Farms
The East Coast convenience chain is doing a similar deal to DD. Buy a beverage (hot, iced, fountain, or frozen) and get a free donut! Act fast though, because this deal is only valid from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Friday, June 2.
Krispy Kreme
All you have to do is show up at a Krispy Kreme location for a free donut — any donut — no purchase necessary.
LaMar's Donuts
There's not one but two chances to score freebies at this national chain. First, you can print and present this "golden ticket" coupon today. And second, if your location is in one of the select cities participating, you could take home a travel mug on the house.
Tim Horton's
Buy any hot or iced coffee, mention National Donut Day, and you'll receive a classic donut on the house anytime (today only).
Duck Donuts
The deal: Get a free doughnut — and a BOGO deal on a half dozen doughnuts good through Aug. 31— with any purchase.
Fractured Prune
The deal: Get a free OC Sand doughnut (honey glazed, covered in cinnamon sugar) at participating stores.
Honey Dew Donuts
The deal: Get a free Coco Loco doughnut (almond chocolate glazed, sprinkled with coconut flakes) with the purchase of a medium or larger beverage.
Shipley Do-Nuts
The deal: Get a free glazed doughnut with any purchase between 5 a.m. and 12 p.m.
