Trapeze artist Erendira Wallenda successfully dangled by her teeth from a helicopter over Niagara Falls on Thursday, breaking daredevil husband Nik Wallenda's Guinness World Record for the highest "iron-jaw hang."
"If a guy can do it, a girl can do it too," Erendira said after finishing her stunt, while Nik hailed her as a "ballerina in the air."
Six years ago, Nik dangled 250 feet in the air above a Missouri theme park, gripping a trapeze with his toes and also his teeth.
At 8:30 a.m. ET, Erendira performed her similar series of maneuvers on a hoop suspended from a helicopter 300 feet above the falls.
