Emily's 3-year-old, Charlie, LOVES Target and wanted to have a Target-themed birthday party.
Emily told Love What Matters "right off the bat she said, 'Target'. I laughed and was like, 'No, that’s not a party, why not Trolls?' So, the more time went on I was like: 'You know what? It’s different...Let’s do it!'
Thanks to mom and dad Charlie had the most epic Target birthday party. Everything was decked out in red, there were Target decorations, Target Cafe, and even a Target birthday cake!
