Amazon will soon be able to leave packages inside your front door when you aren’t home.
Amazon Key is going to start on November 8th in 37 cities, allowing Amazon Logistics delivery personnel to unlock a customer’s door for five-minutes.
Amazon customers would first buy a smart lock and the Cloud Cam camera, starting at $249 or the stand-alone camera starting at $119.99 and the entire delivery will be live-streamed to the customer and sent via video snippet.
The company is also looking forward to changing the delivery process by using drones.
President Trump signed an executive order yesterday (Wednesday) designed to speed the approval of drone flights over crowds and for longer distances.
