Facebook has been named the best tech company to work for in 2018 by the Glassdoor website.
The ranking was based on several factors, including current and former employees' reviews of the company, as well as career opportunities, compensation and benefits, and work-life balance.
Some of the employee perks at Facebook include four months paid time off and $4,000 in "baby cash" for new parents, a wellness allowance for gym memberships and healthy activities, and on-site health and dental care.
Most of the other companies on the list aren't household names, but Google came in at number 5.
