Applebee’s is following the success of its $1 Long Island Ice Tea deal by selling Bahama Mama cocktails for a buck through February.
Eater reports that the cocktail is “made with white rum and Applebee’s new, proprietary mix of pineapple, lime, and orange juices with hints of coconut and cherry." The drink has also been rechristened the “Dollarmama” in honor of the promotion.
The chain first launched its dollar drink efforts back in October with $1 margaritas.
