The Wonder Woman franchise is eyeing an unlikely actress to take on the role of a villain in the 2017 hit's upcoming sequel.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, SNL alum Kristen Wiig is in talks to play Cheetah, a baddie first introduced in the Wonder Woman comic books in 1943.
Wonder Woman 2 will reunite star Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins and will reportedly be set in the 1980s amid the Cold War.
Few other details are known about the project so far.
