Who wants fries with that feminism?
McDonald's is commemorating International Women's Day by flipping its iconic "golden arches" upside down into a "W" for women.
CNN Money reports that while only one California location has physically flipped its signage featuring the chain's signature "M," employees at 100 other Mickey D's restaurants will don special hats and shirts with flipped arches.
The company's digital platforms will also feature flipped arches.
The company noted in a statement that 60 percent of its restaurant managers are women and added, "We have a long history of supporting women in the workplace."
