U.S. Open Broadcast Picks Up Two Dudes Talking About Sex

The USGA says it "deeply regrets" rough sex talk that was inadvertently aired to millions of TV viewers during Fox Sports' coverage of the U.S. Open on Friday.

A few fans were talking about sex and it was picked up by a microphone on the course during the broadcast from Shinnecock Hills Golf Club on Fox Sports 1. Fox's Joe Buck was discussing Masters winner Patrick Reed when Fox's viewers suddenly heard two new voices discussing sex.

The conversation involved a man bragging about how he head-butted his “b—-h” ex.

After they had finished, Buck came back on the air as if nothing had happened.

Fox liberally sprinkles on-course microphones around the greens, tee boxes, fairways and galleries to bring viewers the sights and sounds of a U.S. Open.
