RHONJ's Caroline Manzo Shows Off Stunning Weight Loss

Real Housewives of New Jersey's Caroline Manzo has had a rough time over the past year. Last week, on her son Albie's podcast, Dear Albie, she explained that when her Bravo spin-off reality show, Manzo'd With Children, ended in 2017, it was "kind of like a head trip." Then, her granddaughter Marchesa was born and she became her caretaker while her daughter and son-in-law were at work. Being in the house every day, she started to gain weight and wound up heavier than she's ever been.

However, this week, the 57-year-old Caroline debuted her new look, and she is 20 pounds lighter! The reveal happened on Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan's Instagram when he announced that he, Caroline and actress Ali Landry would be co-hosting a new Lifetime morning show called The Balancing Act Celebrity Edition. In the photo that accompanied the announcement, Manzo looks amazing.

Caroline explained she was able to drop the weight by basically becoming a vegetarian and cutting out carbs, meats and soda. As for why she started to diet, she stated, "I woke up and I decided that I was spiraling and going to a bad headspace, and I can't do that for a multitude of reasons, it's not good for me, it's not good for the family, and the first thing I started to take control of was my weight."

Losing 20 pounds caused the skin under Caroline's neck to droop, which she said "just freaked [her] out," so she admitted to getting a facelift and she is thrilled with the results. Manzo said, "Since having it done, and this coincides with the weight loss, my whole entire outlook on life has changed and I could cry thinking about it. It really, for me, brought my headspace to a whole different place."

Check out the new and improved Caroline when The Balancing Act Celebrity Edition premieres on May 20 on Lifetime.
