Chances are high that the next Victoria's Secret annual fashion show won't happen--at least, not on network TV. According to CNBC, L Brands CEO Les Wexner sent a company-wide memo in which he said he feels that network TV is no longer the "right fit" for the event.
Furthermore, he added that the company has "decided to re-think the traditional Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show" and has plans to replace it with a "new kind of event."
Viewership for the annual December fashion show has been steadily dropping over the years, with 2018's telecast having the lowest ratings yet.
