A week ago Johnjay was picking up his son, Kemp, from school and was parked in an alley waiting. A women then drove up and parking in front of Johnjay but facing him!
She is parked in the middle of the intersection/crosswalk while kids are trying to cross the street. Once her child gets in the car she BACKS UP and almost runs into a kid who is crossing behind her.
THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN!
