One math teacher in South Dakota went above and beyond during this time by practicing social distancing and helping one of his middle school students.
Dakota State’s head football coach shared a heartwarming photo on Twitter of his 6th-grade daughter getting help from her math teacher. He tweeted, “My 6th grader emailed her math teacher for some help. So he came over & worked through the problem with her on our front porch.”
In the photo, the student could be seen holding up a notebook while the teacher drew math equations on a whiteboard outside.
The teacher also happens to be their neighbor and the school’s wrestling coach.
