Justin and Hailey Bieber hit a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon with a cease-and-desist letter, after the doctor posted a video of Hailey and said she'd had plastic surgery, TMZ reports.
Dr. Daniel Barrett posted the video comparing a 2011 image of Mrs. Bieber to one from 2016, claiming the changes to her face were impossible without cosmetic procedures, specifically her nose. The Biebers were not amused, and claim the good doc used Hailey's image without permission, as well as Justin's song "Sorry" in the clip posted on TikTok last weekend.
The Biebers are demanding Barrett remove the video, claiming a number of violations, including, "misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement."
Barrett told TMZ that he won't take it down, and the video is intended to educated people about plastic surgery.Â
