Virgos don’t like to be told what to do, so they must find that healthy balance on their own.

Libras are ruled by the kidneys, skin, lower back and tush.

For Libras, acne is common, so are backaches and dry patches. So for you its important to hydrate! Drink plenty of fresh juices, teas and healthful smoothies.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

Scorpio is ruled by the sex organs and reproductive system. When things go bad, we're talking about yeast infections or pain during intercourse.

To chill out the stress that you put on your body as a highly sexual being, you want to eat plenty of delicious, nutritious fruit.

Fruits are best to take in vitamin C and antioxidants.

This is the sign of the swollen feet and bloated tummies. You are ruled by the feet and lymphatic(lymfatic) system, which means you retain water and swell up very easily.

Exercise will do you good because that lets air in your blood and allows you to process nutrients better.

Avoid snacking on surgary sweets and stick to your goals when you change your diet.
