Horoscope Signs: How You Act When They’re Anxious

ARIES (March 21 - April 19)

If you can't fix what’s making you nervous right away, you tend to get frustrated or angry. You also tend to get very impulsive when you try to shake the Nervous Monster off your back. When you feel like this, it’s easy for you to run away from confronting the problem or when it feels too hard to handle.

TAURUS (April 20 - May 20)

When you're nervous, you have two speeds: You're either extremely relaxed, or you become really jittery. For you, nervousness can go from zero to 100 REAL quick. Sometimes, you're so nervous that you can barely function. In fact, you can be SO anxious that you don't act like yourself because you're just so overwhelmed. Someone can walk into a room and just feel it on you.

GEMINI (May 21 - June 20)

You tend to just tell people you're nervous because that seems like the most obvious way to handle it. Talking things out is the easiest for you, but sometimes you might say too much. Once you start talking about it, it’s hard for you to stop. You can certainly admit to being nervous, but you have no idea what to do about it, which is really hard to figure out.

CANCER (June 21 - July 22)

Nervousness makes you overly sensitive. It's easy for you to snap at someone just for asking you if you're okay. You usually know how to deal with your emotions, but things like being anxious make you a little crazy. You're most likely to isolate yourself and have a pity party about it instead of just accepting it and moving on.

LEO (July 23 - August 22)

You can have the most dramatic and visible signs of nervousness of all the horoscope signs. You tend to bite your nails, shake your leg, and obsessively touch your hair. People will immediately notice if you’re feeling nervous and you’re actually okay with that.

VIRGO (August 23 - September 22)

You tend to get seriously obsessive when you're feeling nervous. You get into your head and overthinking things and it’s usually makes things worse for your. You think of the worst case scenarios. In addition to overthinking, you also over-talk when you’re nervous. You’ll definitely let your neurotic behavior control your thoughts and actions, but you never pause long enough to solve the problem.

LIBRA (September 23 - October 22)

You love when things are an easy fix. When you're nervous, you don't just get overwhelmed with everything going on. You also get overwhelmed with what you can do to make things better. It's just all TOO much. There are so many ways for you to combat your nervousness, that you end up just never doing anything about it. You're frozen by so many options that you end up praying that it'll just go away eventually.

SCORPIO (October 23 - November 21)

You're either nervous about something or you're not – there's no in between. You either know how to handle a situation like a boss or you totally cave into your nervousness. When you are nervous, you're totally consumed by the emotion that you become paralyzed by it. You just can’t function like a normal person when you’re anxious. There's no trying to stop it – once it starts, and you feel stuck.

SAGITTARIUS (November 22 - December 21)

You're usually really good at controlling your emotions but when you feel nervous, you realize that you're not in control anymore and that makes you angry. When you're anxious, you tend to lash out at others but you're really just mad at yourself for letting yourself be nervous. You just hate not being able to snap your fingers and have your nervousness disappear.

CAPRICORN (December 22 - January 19)

When you feel nervous, you try to power through the weird, uncomfortable emotion without realizing that all you're doing is ignoring the real problem. You're actually amazing at helping others deal with their feelings. Unfortunately, you're awful at doing the same for yourself.

AQUARIUS (January 20 - February 18)

Dealing with any and all emotions just make your skin crawl. When you're nervous, you try to rationalize your feelings without actually confronting them. You rather take an analytical approach to how to handle problems. You'll even convince yourself that you're not nervous simply because that's what you choose to think.

PISCES (February 19 - March 20)

You're never really sure how to tackle your nervousness – you just know that you feel nervous. You get overwhelmed often and become totally helpless when you realize tackling your nervousness actually takes a lot of hard work. Remember that ignoring feelings of nervousness can also bottle up inside you and create problems in the future.
