Smoking, eating bad, not exercising, drinking, no sleep. All of these things can age us faster because we're not taking proper care of our bodies.

The thing that ages you the fastest is all of the negative emotions like anger and resentment that you hold onto. Even when you're not trying to be upset over something that happened days or even weeks ago, you can't stop yourself from replaying things in your head. You need to learn how to let things go, rather than get hung up on things that don't deserve your time or attention. It's hard to be able to take a deep breath and move on, but it's vital if you want to keep something so small from aging you.

You have two modes: the determined bull and total couch potato.
