Humans fall asleep faster laying on their right side .. instead of left or flat on your back.

Finish eating 4 hours before bed so your body can REST in REM peacefully, instead of digesting.
HIDE YOUR .. CLOCK or phone.. people get freaked out when they see how late it is and that they haven’t been asleep yet.
Cold feet means the blood isn’t getting to them . .and will keep you awake.. warm feet ..
