HOROSCOPE SIGNS: Sleeping Habits for Each Sign

Aries (March 21 - April 19)

If you can't get a good night's rest, then you're not functional at work the next day. Your anxiety may get the best of you in the evening, thinking about what you have to do the next day. So don't make any to do lists in the evening. Read a book instead to rest your eyes.

Taurus (April 20 - May 20)

You love your rest. You have a reputation for working hard, which means that you need at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep. If not, you're not fun to be around. Curl up on the couch after work is over, and take a quick power nap that won't interfere with your night sleep.

Gemini (May 21 - June 20)

It's super important to turn off your electronic devices before falling asleep to ensure you have a moment to destress.  Disconnecting from the world will allow you to have peace and rest before hitting the hay. That will help you get about 8 to 10 hours.

Cancer (June 21 - July 22)

You come alive at night. Therefore, falling asleep at a certain time every night might be a little hard for you. When you do go into deep sleep, you’re really hard to wake up. So, try taking a few naps during the day to get more rest.

Leo (July 23 - August 22)

In your off-seasons (fall and winter), you tend to hibernate to save up all of your energy for the summer. In the hot days, you require less sleep.

Virgo (August 23 - September 22)

You're most likely to toss and turn in the middle of the night more than any other sign. The reason you do this is because you tend to rethink and go over all the drama and aspects of the day before you fall asleep. So before jumping into bed, take a moment to disconnect and unwind.

Libra (September 23 - October 22)

If you don't get 10 hours of sleep at night, then it can be hard to be around you during the day. Creating a balance in your sleep schedule is hard, but once you maintain a regular sleep schedule, you won’t need to take naps as often.

Scorpio (October 23 - November 21)

You can function on minimal sleep during the weekdays. However, once the weekend comes, you'll have to sleep in an extra hour or two in order to ensure that you get enough rest. Meditating before and after bed will boost your vibe and allow you to rest better.

Sagittarius (November 22 - December 21)

A few hours here and there is enough rest to keep you going. But, when you do sleep, you always sleep with one eye open. You’re considered the cosmic defender of the universe and you have to always be on guard. Heroes get a little bit of rest.

Capricorn (December 22 - January 19)

You're an early riser, which means you tend to fall asleep earlier than any other sign. However, you don't really sleep a full night, as your thoughts get in the way or bring you lucid dreams. So, try taking a warm bath before bed to release any tension.

Aquarius (January 20 - February 18)

"Work hard, sleep hard" is your motto. However, it does take you a while to go into deep sleep. So, watch a nostalgic movie to help you fall asleep and stay away from taking naps during the day.

Pisces (February 19 - March 10)

As a dreamer, you require sleep to see the world through a different scope and embrace its beauty. This is your time to live through your imagination and subconscious. You’re capable of sleeping more than 10 hours if exhausted and never want to wake up in the morning.
