YOU MIGHT BE IN A CAR.. YOU MIGHT BE IN A PLANE..
STRETCH WHERE YOU ARE. legs, toes, fingers, neck, back arms etc.... It keeps your heart rate slightly more elevated than at baseline, thus increasing blood flow to your brain and keeping you refreshed.
AVOID SUGARY FOODS.. THEY MAKE YOU TIRED AND CRASH.. eat PROTEIN.. Beef Jerky and SUCH.
Facial exercises also help to keep awake at the wheel. I open and close my mouth as hard as a can, wiggle my jaw side to side, see how many animal sounds I can make with my tongue etc....
