LIFE HACKS
THE HACK TO TELL WHEN COMPANIES.. ARE KINDA LYING TO YOU
Here’s the truth: "clinically proven" is all about marketing.
When a product says it’s "clinically proven," it just means the company conducted its own private study. That’s it!
These studies are often designed to show the results the company wants, not necessarily what’s true or beneficial for you.
It’s like the company saying, "Trust us, we checked our own homework!"
On the other hand, when something is "scientifically proven," that’s a different story.
It means the research has been published, peer-reviewed, and scrutinized by experts outside the company.
Make sure you’re aware of the difference between these two sayings.
