So what’s their secret? Well it’s a little trick called the Military Method:
All you have to do is relax your entire body starting from your head and moving down to your toes (specifically in that order)
Unclench your jaw, let your shoulders go limp, let your arms feel weightless, take some deep breaths, and loosen the muscles in your legs and feet.
As you focus on counting your breaths, and letting your entire body feel as loose as possible, you'll drift off into dreamland in just two minutes.
