Okay… this is weird but brilliant.
If your kitchen knives feel dull — and you don’t have a sharpener — grab a bag of uncooked rice.
Pour it into a tall glass or container.
Then stab the knife straight down into the rice about 10 or 15 times.
The rice acts like a super gentle abrasive. It can knock off microscopic buildup on the blade and bring back a little bite.
Now listen — it won’t fix a destroyed knife.
But if it’s just feeling tired? This can wake it up.
Plus… it makes you feel slightly dangerous while making dinner.
