Come get it Beyhive 🐝🐝🐝🐝. The candy is right here. https://t.co/FCaz7HgeVV— Joseph Kahn (@JosephKahn) September 7, 2017
After Taylor Swift dropped her video for “Look What You Made Me Do,” several Beyhive members accused the pop star of ripping off her black crop-topped look from Beyoncé's “Formation” video.
Not true, says Joseph Kahn, the director of the “Look What You Made Me Do” vid.
“They try to say she's wearing a black crop top and Beyoncé wore a black crop top. But they don't realize in 2015 in 'Bad Blood,' Taylor Swift was wearing a black crop top,” he tells The Los Angeles Times.
“I really do think, by the way, that Beyoncé copied 'Bad Blood.’”
Anticipating a surly reaction from the Beyhive, Kahn took to Twitter Thursday and, alongside a series of bee emojis, wrote, "Come get it, Beyhive. The candy is right here."
