Margot Robbie has secretly been married to longtime boyfriend Tom Ackerley for three years, despite reports that they wed in December.
It has been widely reported that Robbie and the British film director exchanged vows in a secret ceremony in her native Australia last year. But she was overheard at the Hamptons International Film Festival, saying that they’ve in fact been married for a lot longer.
An insider said, “A guest congratulated her on her first-year wedding anniversary. Margot responded, ‘It’s been three years.”
Margot and Tom met in 2013 on the set of the World War II drama “Suite Française” in France.
