Katy Perry’s legal battle with the Sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary since early 2015 over their former convent has been done, but now she’s waiting to move in.
The mansion in the Los Feliz neighborhood of LA, comes with 8 acres, 25 bedrooms, and 24 bathrooms.
The nuns tried to sell to a local businesswoman but the Archdiocese of LA said they had a right to sell it and that was to Katy.
A judge ruled in Katy’s favor earlier this year, but in order to move in she still needs final approval from the Vatican and to relocate the House of Prayers.
A spokesperson for the Archdiocese said that they are currently not looking at any locations for the House of Prayers and that they “could not speculate on the time” when Katy could move in.
