Meghan Trainor has shared her fitness secret after recently debuting a slimmer figure on Instagram.
"I work out so hard,” the 23-year-old singer tells Entertainment Tonight. "I've been working on my health [with] my boyfriend [Daryl Sabara] and, yeah, we eat good and we work out, like, every day."
Trainor will next appear as a mentor on FOX’s new reality singing competition series The Four: Battle for Stardom.
In the series, four finalists are chosen from a nationwide audition and must defend their seats against challengers who try to take their place in a singing battle.
The Four kicks off January 4 at 8 p.m.
