While Khloe was promoting her DIFF eyewear line in a video shared Sunday on the social media platform, her intrepid followers noticed that a full body pillow was visible in her sunglasses' reflection.
Commonly called "pregnancy pillows," the accessory is often used by moms-to-be for help getting a comfortable night's sleep.
While Khloe's never confirmed her pregnancy, Us Weekly reports that she and boyfriend Tristan Thompson are preparing to welcome a son in early 2018.
