Meryl Streep Targeted By Los Angeles Street Artists With "She Knew" Posters

Posters depicting Meryl Streep as a Harvey Weinstein enabler have appeared in several locations across Los Angeles.

Some were hung near Streep's Pasadena home, as well as outside 20th Century FOX studio, which produced her upcoming drama The Post.

Created by anonymous street artists and hung during the night, the posters feature a photo of Streep next to Weinstein with a red stripe across her face and text that reads "She knew."

The artists are referring to accusations that Streep knew about Weinstein's predatory behavior and remained silent about them.

Streep issued a statement this week denying the allegations after Rose McGowan called her out for being a hypocrite on Twitter.

Fraud. #merylstreep #sheknew #metoo
