Drake’s new song “God’s Plan” has broken Taylor Swift’s record for the most streams in a single day in the United States.
According to Pitchfork, Drizzy’s track dethroned Taylor’s "Look What You Made Me Do” by racking up more than 4.3 million streams in the first 24 hours of its release. It’s also believed that “God’s Plan” broke Apple Music’s single day streaming record with over 14 million streams.
Drake dropped “God’s Plan” and “Diplomatic Immunity,” which were packaged together under the title Scary Hours, on January 19.
