Prince Harry and fiancée Meghan Markle have long insisted on maintaining the privacy of the mutual friend who set them up on their first blind date.
Now E! has revealed that the matchmaker in question is a Ralph Lauren public relations director named Violet von Westenholz, who is also a childhood friend of Harry.
"Meghan had been a part of the London social scene for a while and had slotted into the high society set really easily," says a source. "And so when Harry told Violet he was having trouble finding someone, Violet said she might just have the perfect girl for him."
