"Never Say Never!" Sources tell People that while Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez seem to be on the outs once more, the 24-year-old Bieber is "Sorry" and just wants his "Baby" back so he can be her "Boyfriend" again.
"He loves her. He wants her back," an insider confirms.
Last month, Selena took a break from Bieber by chilling on a yacht in Australia while the Biebs hung out in L.A. with model Baskin Champion. But now, it seems Bieber is all "Where Are U Now" and is determined to "Never Let You Go," Selena.
The two have been on and off since confirming their initial split in 2011.
