Following weeks of dating rumors, Shawn Mendes and Hailey Baldwin made their debut as a couple on the 2018 Met Gala red carpet Monday night.
Entertainment Tonight reports that 19-year-old Mendes and 21-year-old Baldwin both wore custom Tommy Hilfiger looks for the event, which was themed “Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination.”
While Mendes donned a burgundy suit, Baldwin wore an off-the-shoulder flowing white gown with a modified sweetheart neckline.
The model accessorized with silver pumps and embraced the theme of religious iconography by weaving white flowers into her pink hair.
The pair first sparked rumors they are dating when they posed for a pic together that was posted on Mendes’ Instagram account.
